MENTOR COACHING

You want to get better at this work. Whether you’re preparing for your next ICF credential, looking to sharpen your coaching practice, or both — you need someone who can show you what’s working, what’s missing, and what the next level actually looks like.

I’m a Master Certified Coach. I’ve held the MCC credential for years and I still invest in my own development — working with other master coaches, going back to school, staying current. If I expect that of my clients, I should expect it of myself. And if you’re choosing a mentor coach, you should know that I practice what I’ll be asking of you.

How I Work With Coaches

I hold two things at once: your development against the ICF core competencies, and your broader vision of success as a coach.

Some mentor coaches focus only on competencies. That matters — especially if you’re preparing for credentialing — and I’ll give you specific, grounded feedback on what I see in your sessions. But I’m also interested in the bigger picture. What kind of coach do you want to become? What does success look like for your practice? I keep that in view throughout our work together, even when we’re working on a specific skill.

I’m practical. I want you to leave our work together not just more competent against a framework, but more effective with your clients and more confident in your own approach. The competencies and the real-world results aren’t separate things — they reinforce each other.

A credentialed life and career transition coach sought mentor coaching to strengthen her practice and professional development.

Through Harvey's mentorship, she found not just technical guidance but a genuine partnership — one where she felt consistently supported and comfortable bringing her real challenges. His depth of knowledge and coaching capability gave her confidence in her own path as a coach, reinforcing her commitment to the profession.

She continues to credit Harvey as a positive influence on her coaching journey and her standing within the professional coaching community.
